I have been going to this Gamestop since I moved to Plainfield a couple of years ago. There has always been a great selection and the staff has always been very courteous and professional. Today I had to return a product that I truly expected to just have to buy a new one to replace. To my surprise, after explaining the issue the product was exchanged with no extra cost! This really made my day! It may not matter to others but after having a rough time lately this was a huge pick me up. This store was good before but just solidified my thoughts of it being a great store! Their customer service is akin to a unicorn these days. This store has a dedicated patron! Keep up the great work! Give these guys a raise LOL

Good place if you know what your looking for. This store has become pretty useless if you need a question answered or help beyond asking a price. Was one of the best around but poor staffing has killed it.
