This Note 7 situation was not Sprints fault however, This Sprint Store has done nothing but make this situation worse and lose loyal customers like myself because of HORRIBLE Customer Care and a HORRIBLE Store Manager in Plainfield Indiana. Russtin Trotter is the store manager and he should be fired. He delegates ALL of his problems to his employees (who were awesome by the way however didnt have the power to handle my problem). He hides in the rear of the store pretending to always be on a business phone call or on a break. When I asked who is his supervisor, He stated he isn’t allowed to give out that information. He has no people skills and refuses to assist any Sprint customer with special circumstances. I called Customer Care numerous times and they called the store and he just so happen to be on lunch or gone for the day. Sprint you have to find ways better serve your loyal customers who pay there bills and never give you issues. I replaced my Note 7 with a Samsung Galaxy Edge. I was not happy with the phone however, I was told by this jerk of a manager that my replacement counts as my exchange. How? It was a replacement!! I did everything right and I am now stuck with a phone Im not happy with. Thanks a lot Plainfield Sprint Store Manager. You need better people skills and training on how to handle customers who just have more than one question.

This store sucks. I went in and Adam Scott worked with me. His energy was very low and other than him seeming like he didnt want to help me, he actually wasnt very helpful. I came into the store to set up an Advantage Club account and they told me I had to call Sprint to do that (after a sprint phone operator had already told me to come into the store to set it up). So, Adam set up my account, yes, but he didnt order the phone. He told me to call back in a week and to hope they have an iPhone 7 Plus in stock, then. By the end of my visit, my account was set up but it as an Advantage Club member. He gave me the details and a phone number to call to order the phone and switch the account. I left the store. I called the number and was put on hold and after a twenty minute conversation with a man named Renee, my phone still wasnt ordered and I was told to return to the store because apparently they couldnt do what I was told they would do over the phone. When I called the store back, I was told Adam was available and one woman put me on hold. After a 15 minute long wait for someone who was "available" I ended the call and phoned the customer service line again. Ive been a sprint customer for all of an hour and already getting terrible customer service. Cant wait to get my first dropped call. Save your energy and dont waste your time at this store.

I had three bad experiences during the Iphone 7 release I was not told upon ordering that I would not be receiving my phone on the release date even though I pre-ordered. The second incident came from there manager a man named Russ calling my personal cell angry and upset because I gave them a bad score on the survey sprint gave me. The third and believe me final(because I will never go there again) occurred when sprint emailed me and told me my phone was available in store and when I went to pick it up the phone and the associate told me the phone was there but I couldnt have it because they hadnt processed it yet I waited two hours after receiving the email and they still didnt have my phone ready . I am now waiting for them to call it has been well over 4 hours and I still have not been notified about my phone. Do not waste your time dealing with this store they are not interested in the customer and there is a good chance you will end up getting the run around just like me.

There are only 2 employees in this store right now. And 3 customers. We have been waiting almost an hour and just now got asked if we needed any help. Funny thing is if even if we did there is no one here to help us because the 2 employees are still with the 2 customers from an hour ago. We brought our kids because we knew it would be quick welll its not! Boo this place!
