Completely disappointed absolutely no customer service. I purchased an item online to be shipped to the store for my daughter(who was very excited) to be shipped to the Camby, IN store for pick up. I generally purchase from Amazon but Wal-Mart had a better price with their new changes trying to compete with Amazon. Item showed it was delivered to the store and was waiting to be processed and checked in for over 24 hrs and then I received an email that a refund was being issued. I called the store to find out what was going on and after 10 minutes and 4 people hung up to call back and speak to a manager. The manager did get me to the proper person for the issue but this person could only say, yeah we arent really sure where your order is sorry. Completely unacceptable, no offer to reorder and make sure it is taken care of complete lack of customer service. Needless to say I purchased from Amazon and will have it shipped directly to my door in 2 days. Definitely worth the $5 extra it cost through Amazon to not have to worry or deal with poor customer service. No wonder Amazon is beating out Wal-Mart even with the changes Wal-Mart is attempting if there is no customer service Amazon will get the business. I never write reviews but the lack of service needs to be known.

Im an online shopper and I believe most of major retailers are heading on the online business as a big part of their strategies. I dont understand why Walmart will not train its employees to provide at least a decent service when it comes to its "site to store" service. Be prepared to spend at least half an hour just to get someone to help you or find your order, they just dont know how to pull out your info from their system, waste of time!. I ordered tires online and you would expect to get them at the tire and lube center, well, I had to pick them up at the site to store desk and then carry them to the lube center, just doesnt make sense. Once I got the appointment and the tires installed the installers messed up my alignment and didnt say anything, after driving the car a couple of day I noticed and headed to the shop. The front tires were badly worn on the outside, I was so upset! Next time Ill go somewhere else.

First review Ive ever made thats how bad this wal mart is. 1st experience I give them a 100 dollar bill in the auto center they told me it was fake. Didnt put it under uv light or mark it... just requested another form of payment. Took it to chase 2 days later said it was fine. 2nd experience cleaning out some property said they would take used tires they charge 1.50 each... I get there they say the limit is 4 cant take anymore drive to Plainfield Walmart they talk all of them no questions asked.... 3rd experience try to buy a straight talk phone lady acts like she is soo inconvienced to grab a box out of the glass case.... think she would be happy Im buying a 200 dollar phone... nope if your gonna shop wal mart dont go to this one.

In self checkout the employee really messed up my receipt. She had to take several items off because the computer glitched & double scanned everything. She kept hitting the wrong buttons & didnt know how to fix it when she added extra items on instead of taking them off. I literally had to show her which buttons to compute. I was very patient with the dearheart though, it was apparent she had a disability. What really ticked me off was the supervisor stood right there tapping her foot at the employee & scolding her rather than helping her because she wanted to get those registers closed out. The employee helping me deserves 5 stars. She was very sweet & was patient with her supervisors rotten attitude & tried so hard to help me.

I made a print from the kiosk. I was told to give the employee about 10 minutes, I came back about 20 minutes later. She was helping another customer so I ended up waiting another 10 minutes patiently for her to finish up. Im not quite sure what she was doing but it was a very involved customer service issue that was taking a VERY long time. When I politely asked if my photo was done (after waiting nearly an hr for when I was told it would only take 10 minutes) she was rude and said, "I havent even had the chance to look for it, surely it is!" Then I stood there waiting even longer because she hadnt even hit the print button for it to process. The cusromer service is poor and staff was rude.

This is my Walmart. You either Walmart or dont...if you do, you have your friendly neighborhood store. Where you can walk in and know exactly where you are going to find this or that. This Walmart has been nothing but good to me and mine, we particurally favor the third shift crew here. They are always in good moods, despite some ruffles that happen throughout the shifts. They also opted to keep 24 hour check cashing thanks to the third shift manager, knowing she would have a lot of upset customers if they changed the system that we are all accustomed to. They truly care for their people and help in any way they can. Compared to Plainfield Walmart, Camby is a win in my book!

Absolutely horrible and rude. My daughter was supposed to have am all white cake with a trolls kit on it....i got a call less than 24 hours prior letti ng me know they in fact did not have the kit and the screen printing machine was broke. So i had to just get cupcakes which they still screwed up because it was also suppose to be all white....i received half chocolate and half white so i had to buy another dozen of all white and the manager said it sucks but Im only going to give you a 10% discount. This is not the first time they have screwed up my cake orders. I will NEVER be bw ordering from them again amd hope some of you will think twice before doing the same.

This Walmart is like any other Walmart.... Ok prices, crappy service, no good produce, etc. There is good things about this Walmart though. This Walmart has a Subway, which is ALWAYS convenient.... They also have Redbox, "Rip-Off" games (The Claw, Win A Movie, etc) , and other things for entertainment. But in my opinion, they should probably work on their service before they worry about entertainment.

I went here for our Rabbit food. Its the only place that sells it, near us. I also get my lotions, face wash & shampoo/conditioner from the salon.. I only use biologe/matrix on my hair & they normally have specials. Other than that, I hate Walmart!! I know, I know.. hate is a strong word but, if they hadnt put so many registers in, THAT ARE NOT OPEN, it freaks me out & makes me angry! Ugh, smh!

Very poor. Was after 12 am and they only had one (1) register open with maybe 4 auto (self check out ) open and it seems they were all having some type of problem. Long lines for all registers also. When I did get to a register the women came over and said she had to close it. So I set down the milk and other items and left. That was in Camby, In.
