I ordered a mower deck parts kit for a John Deere 48" deck. I never received a confirmation email or a shipment notification, so 5 days later I called and was told it had shipped. When I finally received the parts, they were all cheap Chinese replacement parts just like you can buy from Amazon or Ebay for a MUCH lower price. I immediately shipped the parts back and went online to Green Parts Store where I paid the EXACT same price and received all new John Deere parts in their original packaging. It also took me weeks and several phone calls to get my PARTIAL refund back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

I ordered over $900.00 in parts online on Monday and noticed the online status still showed "processing" Friday. I called early morning and the gentleman on the phone said "Hmmm looks like all the parts were in stock.. Please hold". A few minutes later he came back and said they would ship that day. I would really hate to think when the parts would have shipped if I hadnt called. No apology at all!! Ill order my parts elsewhere next time!!
