I needed some new tires, badly, and the people at Discount Tire didnt take advantage of that and take me for a ride. From the moment I got out of my car and up to the door, I was greeted out loud with a smile by at least 3 people, the waiting area was clean, smelled good, and was all in all very relaxing. The sales rep that helped me (Jason), was very knowledgeable and patient with me, able to answer all my questions. The prices for a new set of tires of good quality and warranty was more than reasonable. (My grand total for a set of 4 Falcons on my 2000 Nissan Maximum was $477.82, which included free rotation, balancing, and repairs for the life of the tires). All in all, I was in and out in an hour. But, the time it took for them to change out my tires, after all my many questions, was 30 minutes flat. (Sorry for the pun.) Having been shystered at several auto shops, this was a breath of fresh, good pressured air. I highly recommend this business to anybody looking to buy tires.

I was travelling across Tennessee for business in a company Ford E-350 van. I left Jackson on my way to Knoxville and had a tire start losing air on the trip. I stopped at the Lebanon exit on I-40 and used my smart phone to search for a tire repair shop. Discount Tire was less than a mile away so that was my choice. I was met at the door and asked how they could assist me. I said that I had a tire that was losing air and would like it repaired. I also asked for the tires to be rotated after the repair. Within 30 minutes the service was completed and I was surprised when they said that there was no charge. I went on with my trip and a great feeling about the service that I received

I went in to get a tire after havin a blow out the night before. They were going to sell me a new one for $50 because that was all the money I had on me. Well after inspecting my other tires he came to me and said another tire was in really bad shape and they didnt want me leaving on it so he said he would put 2 used ones on there for $50 .. The tires they put on were in great condition and was there for a short amount of time and the service was excellent . I recommend discount tire to everyone . Thank you guys for everything :)

I love Discount Tire..I have done business with them before and every time I go there I always get prompt courteous service. They are also willing to work with you in some cases. They didnt have the a full set of the tires i wanted but were willing to give me a better tire at the same price of the others i wanted. Goodyears too! just a smaller width but not a big deal to me, so i now have 4 new tires and I am happy with my service.I recommend them to anyone.

I give them no star!! I used to come there all the time and give them my business, but not anymore Ill go anywhere, but there. Discount tire truly disappointed me! I took my car there for new tires engine sound fine and quite pick my car up what do I get a loud exhaust pipe had been moved by one of there professionals. They denied it and I had to turn around and come out of more money smh theyre very unprofessional!!!!

Got new wheels and tires for my husbands truck and they look great. I did have a little hiccup with one of the employees at this location but the manager Ian and technician Jason really went above and beyond to acquire our business. Their prices are fair and their turn around time very fast. They also fix flats while you wait. Overall a great tire store that makes you feel valued as a customer.

I ran over a nail, about 70 miles from my house, which stuck into my back tire( half in, half out) I drove a mile to Discount Tire in Lebanon, Tn. They took me right in and fixed my tire for free ( I had purchased my tires at another Discount Tire) A very stressful situation that was made very unstressful. I will do business with them again. And they were very friendly and efficient.

Just completed my second purchase from Discount Tire. I admit I was reluctant at first thinking it might be a Walmars experience but in two times have been highly satisfied with the no BS approach. You can get something for nothing at this place. My husband and I along with sister and neice were on a trip to nashville when our tire found a nail.we stopped at discount tire in lebanon to get it fixed. They took care of it in no time and when we asked how much, they said it was always free to fix a plug.we were amazed.

Im really not one to write reviews, but Gary at Discount Tire really went above and beyond for me today. I just barely have 6k miles on my van, and busted a tire yesterday. He was able to get me a deal that got me a good quality tire for the price I was looking for. This will definitely be my go-to place for tires.

Just stopped by. Had an object in my tire and a guy named Brian greeted me in the parking lot. Luckily we didnt need a repair. We live bout an hour away. But Brian won us over. So when I am ready for new tires I think I will make the drive to buy tires from him.. So very nice.

Me and my fiance were on our way to Memphis Tennessee. We blew a tire half way there. We were stuck in Lebanon, But the Discount Tire was very quick to help. They were the only place that carried our tires. They are so nice and helpful. So thankful for them!

Bought 3 sets of tires from here. They are on the ball meet you at your car and take you right in and dont make you wait forever and send you updates by e-mail when to rotate and put air in. They have it going on great company...

Great service, competitive prices. Tire repairs are usually free here, and the staff is very professional. They price match local competitors and use torque wrenches when tightening lug nuts. This is the way it should be done!

Went in today told them I thought my back right tires was losing air. They took off all 4 tires checked them found a staple repaired it and didnt charge me a dime! Everyone there is ALWAYS so nice and helpful.
