I found the merchandise to be of poor quality. They did have several items that were not used, but the box was in bad shape. On several of these items, they charged more than it would be new at the store. There is very little space to move around in this store, so think twice before you pack your stroller and take the kiddos out for some used-clothes shopping. I was most surprised at the high prices on housewares and books, and that is what inspired me to write this review.

The staff is usually friendly. The CEO for this company makes over a million dollars a year. They have begun changing things at this good will and not really for the better. More confusing than not. Very Messy shelves. Only clothing is organized somewhat and they have raised prices. Stop asking me to support your mission when your ceo makes over a million dollars a year.
