I have been shopping at this store for over years and have only had pleasant experiences! I have never experienced the problems of the two posters below, if they were commonplace it seems I would have. The store is clean, the staff is always helpful and pleasant. I can only guess that Michelle below treats everyone poorly by the tone of her post, obviously shes one of those people who have everything to complain about and nothing nice to say. I wouldnt put too much stock in her response.

I like our Jewel. The people are usually very helpful and friendly. I dont like to shop there at night. What usually seems to happen to me there is the sale add items are depleted sometime earlier in the evening and arent stocked until either later in the evening or first thing in the morning. All that being said, it is a nice store.

The Bakery section needs a little bit of work to be honest. The lady who I often see is absolutely rude to me and from what Ive notice to her co-worker. The last time Ill buy cupcakes for my sons soccer team. Chocolate cupcakes? More like Choco loco in my cupcakes. They had hair in them YUCK!!! Just got my Costco Membership today :)

I bought my groceries & I told the cashier not to bag anythig since it was 1L sodas about 7 of them & liquor 3 packs of 24 & as soon as I walk out with my brother walking to the car as we are loading it he confronts us & asks if he can see a reciept since we didnt have "any bags". Very disappointed

I visit the Floral department often and SANDY is Always there to help me and wrap my flowers to make them look so perfect. She is such a wonderful lady who really is so great at customer service. Please recognize her for the wonderful employee she is for Jewel! (West Dundee location).

This location is super close to my house and they always seem to have just what I need. They have good deals around the holidays like buy one get TWO free on ribs during summer holidays.

I visit this Jewel frequently after work, in the evening. I usually can find some pretty good deals, especially using "My Mixx" . I combine it with the current sales......awesome!

The produce is very fresh and the weekly sales are cheaper than other grocery stores. If you are not happy with something you can bring it back with a receipt.

This location always has fresh produce. Everything is stocked and simple to locate. THEY OFFER NFC ANDROID PAY! Parking is no fun, but usually not crowded.
