Aldi is the most practical shopping. The staff is diligently supplying food at one end and speedy check out at the other. The prices are consistently lower. The "experience" or atmosphere you lack is available at Sendics or pick and saves that sooth you by diaplays and salad bars more costly per pound then you would pay for meat you pay for that sucking up. Having fresh food I my house at the best price is why I groc. Shop. The Manager was busy and still took back an item in question. replaced it and yes Quickly returned to work. Blue collar people are over loaded. Respect for a person is overlooked if you have never been the worker.

Customer service I will agree with the other review it’s a terrible place to shop one of the worst encounters I have had. The manager was EXTREAMLY rude. You are treated as if you are not human, no professionalism. I’m normally not an advocate of this practice, perhaps if West Bend went to self check-outs with a new manager it would be a pleasant experience.

Great prices and great quality too. Staff is friendly but the cashiers seem more interested in getting you out rather than being personable... but I cant really fault them for that too much since usually there are a lot of people in line behind me.

I have never had to deal with a manager there, but yes some of the workers seem to be in too much of a hurry to help anyone much. Still, they are all friendly, at least in my experiences.
