I had ordered the following for a party 1 month in advance, a fruit tray, veggie tray, cheese and sausage tray, brushetta , dips, breads and buns from the bakery. I called the Wednesday before my Saturday party to insure everything was still in order. At no time did anyone at the Deli tell me they did not make fresh brushetta anymore. When it came time to pick up my order at 11:00 there was no fresh brushetta, the cheese and sausage tray was still being made, and the dips were not ready either. Luckily I gave myself plenty of time between pick up and party. I was told by the Deli Manager they didnt have brushetta for years, and they sent some very small cartons of premade brushetta not enough for my party not what I wanted. In over a month my guess would have been that someone should have checked the orders taken by those who didnt have an understanding of what was available. Additionally, the bread for the brushetta that I was charged for was already 6 days old according to the package label. The Deli manager offered me a gift card for my trouble which was a nice thing to do, however the $10.00 gift card didnt even cover the cost of all the items I couldnt use that I was charged for and wasnt fresh or what I ordered, much less the time my husband spent waiting for the items to be completed. We will go elsewhere for our catering needs in the future.

Love your store. Employees are what puts it over the top. Produce folks are always friendly helpful. They check over the fruit and veggies to keep the dept. clean, fresh and eye caching Camelle cheeses are super and she and the rest of the deli staff are wonderful in producing a vast panorama of eye catching delights. Scot in the meat dept. bends over backwards to suggest things for me. That meat case is a work of art. Even when working full tilt to keep her cases neatly stocked Char always has a pleasant greeting and a smile. Love the bakery and the the staff making and bringing out various tanttilizing goodies and seems to take great pleasure in providing us with these wonders with a smile. All the checkers are so professional, fast and so very sweet I look forward to seeing them EVERY day.They always provide me with a happy feeling for the rest of my day The lady at the front desk is always helpful with a smile. Dont Know who the manager is since Rick left but the rest of the management staff makes me feel at home. Shop your store six days a week and a great way to start the day off feeling good. This staff throughout this store provides excellent service but above all they make the shopper feel part of a very happy well trained group of above average employees that are there to serve your every need. Thank you all.

There is more then one reason but first and foremost is the bakery. I order all my cakes for special occasions at Festival. The bakery staff help me pick the decorations that look best and the flavor of every item has never disappointed us. The meat and seafood selections cannot be beat. We love getting fresh meat/seafood to grill. Ive ordered deli items for parties so many times that I cant even count. There is something for everyone at Festival.

I absolutely love Festival! The employees are so friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you might need. They have a great meat selection and their prices are the best that Ive found in Oshkosh. They also dont have a "club" card so you dont have to worry about missing out on savings if you dont have a card. They also have all of their coupons for the current week right by the front door. Wonderful service and wonderful value!

Im not sure how this store could get anything less than a 4 star review. It has an unbelievable selection ranging from produce to liquor to frozen. The store highlights is the amazing fresh proteins and super friendly staff. From tuna, to crab, to chicken, to steak its flawless. Note the precooked options are....almost as good.

Tremendous store and chain. I have great service every time I am there. Whether it was a simple pleasant interaction with someone at the checkout or I have been assisted with finding a product, my experience has always been significantly better than any other store. Highly recommended! A+ service!

we ordered the valentine dinner offered by the FdL store. it was delicious! the prime rib was tender and flavorful. asparagus was crisp tender and rick loved the twice-baked potatoes. it warmed quickly and we enjoyed the shrimp cocktail while we waited. definitely will order again.

I like the store fairly well, however the prices are higher than many area stores. The selection is good and they carry items I cant find anywhere else. We have had some bad experiences with rude cashiers at the checkouts, possibly bad management at this store.

Megan made my daughters one year old Minnie Mouse cupcake cake and it was AMAZING!! My daughter was excited and was able to recognize who it was. Not only did it look like Minnie, it tasted delicious too!! Soooo grateful we traveled from Milwaukee for this

Ordered a 3lb cut and trimmed whole beef tenderloin for our family gathering on Mothers Day. This cut of meat was so lean and tender it almost melted in your mouth. The meat department does such a stellar job "Fabulous"!

Prices tend to be a bit high, but shopping the sales makes a big difference. Parents with young kids be sure to take advantage of the free drop-in child care. Makes a huge difference when shopping with three kids!

Always shop the coupons and theyre the only place that has Kemps buttermilk which my dad really likes. But the coupons are really good deals. And their meat and cheese and vegetables are good quality.

I like this store the most simply because their produce is always fresh, their deli is godly, the bakery is orgasmic and to top it off, they have self check outs. Perfect for introverts.

Festival has a great fruit and vegetable selection. Their bakery provides some of the best cakes. However, prices for many items are a bit high.
