Called and asked if they could refill my prescriptions. They told me it would be a few hours. I find this unexeptable. Ask for prescription back so i could take it to another pharmacy. They refused. Was told my only option was to wait. Its a monthly prescription same as every month. Why they cant prefill order like all other pharmacys when u have the same prescriptions every month and know when u r about to run out. Pharmacy staff was extremely unhelpful. I consider this to be a great waste of my time. Will be shoping at another store from now on.

Pharmacy customer service is the worst! They are rude and even give u attitude if u stand at the counter waiting...??? There were 3 employees behind the Rx counter and one customer (me). Yet all 3 employees kept busy helping customer in drive up lane, or helping customer on phone, or even customers on the computer all had their orders filled before , finally, 20 minutes later... One of them finally started on my order?????? R u kidding me??? They couldnt fill my order before the computer orders??? Smh .... Just smh. I really dont get it.

The web site is a bit confusing as it states "open until 10pm", it does NOT say, pharmacy closes earlier ie 5pm. I desperately needed to start a medication tonight that the MD on call had ordered, so that I could go to work tomorrow. I gave the pharmacy about 40minutes before I called to check the status only to discover that the pharmacy was closing in 2 minutes. I live close and both the pharmacist and tech were gracious enought to wait until I arrived. If I knew their names, I would commend them both. Thanks for going the extra step.

The photo department is a disaster. We brought in film to be developed from our honeymoon. they said they would send it out and we would receive a phone call in two weeks. Its been two months and we have yet to receive our pictures. We have to keep making multiple stops a weeek at this location to ask about our pictures, and every time the associates say they will look into it, but never do. Its safe to say that they lost our film, and we will never be able to see our pictures from our vacation.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!! ive never waited in line so long. Cashier took all cars in drive thru while customers were in actual store line. Unbelievable!!!
