The women here are kmkowm as uneducated, snobby bitches. I however, have never had an unpleasant experience until tonight. I walked in at 5:54pm (they CLOSE at 6 pm fridays) and the woman told me sorry she was already closed. Really? I walked in carrying my son and Im turned away? Little did you know I KNEW what I had to buy and would be purchasing close to $200 in product. THIS is why EVERYONE goes to the Bloomingdale location. They are AWESOME there. Greeeaaaat customer service Glendale heights.... Im never one to write or complain... but seriously... screw you guys. *middle finger* sincerely, one pissed off stylist.

On Tuesday May 3rd I went into Salon Centric (Bloomingdale Location) @ 5:54pm, when I walked in the women who was working, was stocking product and told me they were closed. I asked what time do you close, she said 6p, I replied it was not 6 yet and I just needed one box of Redkin color. She just looked at me and said We Are Closed. I had to cancel my color client that night. I was just so upset. I go to Salon Centric at least once a week or every other week, however I will not be going back to that one. I have never had an issue Glendale Heights location, the employees are always so nice & helpful
