Ive been to this location few times now. Ive never got any help. I only go b/c I have about $150 gift card or I would not even step into this store. I went last night to get some stuff b4 my trips. I waited in line even though there was no one in line. The cashier were just being ignorant and talking. Once I made a purchase the lady said you have a lot of money on your card what did you return!!! Really???? Wtf. Then she gives me this collagen sample bottle and said next time I see you, you will look 20 years younger...im in my 20s! other customers waiting in line call the lady stupid and said I dont need the collagen cream. My husband told me never to come to ulta. I will be calling there customers service!!! Worst experience ever!!! Now I know why I always like Nordstrom and Sephora over Ulta.

After being really bummed about my "regular" stylist (from another shop) blowing me off this weekend, I scheduled an appointment for today with Meghan. She was great and so glad that I went. She definitely saved me from my frumpy style that I had going on. Love it. And, she was knowledgeable about products. I will definitely go back again. Thanks Meghan!

My Husband came here to buy me a few gifts. He told me that no one even said hello to him and he was there 30 plus minutes before being acknowledged. Oh and that was only when he made his way to the checkout line. I will be returning the 230.00 he spent on me. Word of advice dont let your racism intervene with your job because the consequences could cost you.

I got my makeup and nails done for prom by Cassandra. She was super polite and friendly and she asked me what I wanted. Sometimes places dont ask you and go ahead and do their own thing. She made sure that I liked everything that she did with my nails and my makeup. I kept getting compliments on my makeup during the evening. I definitely recommend!

They are incredibly understaffed. Tonight I stood in line for 30 minutes with 15 other customers waiting to check out and their employees leave the register to help a customer who just walked in the door and continue to answer phones ignoring customers in front of them

This place has everything you could ever need Im a guy but I like to look good so they got all the bad ass hair products & Cologne you could ever want the only bad thing about this place is there a bit expensive its nice because the staff is always friendly

Review for the salon....never again!!! My hair was cut 3 inches shorter than I requested. Hair cut was uneven and shoddy. And it was done by the manager! The store manager did refund my money, but why hire a salon manager that cant cut hair properly.

WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK INTO STORE. UNHELPFUL STAFF. CALLED GUEST RELATIONS THEY WERE EVEN MORE UNHELPFUL. DID NOT RECEIVE CALL BACK ONLY AFTER FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM 3 TIMES AND SEVERAL WEEKS LATER. NO THANK YOU ULTA.
