I am a Doctor and your phone system is not conducive to calling in prescriptions for my patients. The automated system does not allow for messages to be left for prescriptions. Your location seems to be the only location that has this inferior system. My time is as valuable as yours. I have wasted 30 minutes on a Saturday morning in your system trying to service my client patient and will recommend another pharmacy system until you manage this annoying problem. Pharmacy has always worked well for us. Nice enough staff. Drive thru is nice if youre in a rush, but why not get some exercise and walk thru the store? For the love of Pete, just dont shop there for things you can get cheaper elsewhere, like toys or food.
