SOME OF SALES ASSOCIATES ARE RUDE IN THIS LOCATION. ( Gray hair old woman her initial is L. and a older guy) NO GREETINGS, NO THANKS!! A older guy is busy chit chatting all the time, not helping at all. L is giving me attitudes, Everytime I visit. Most of the time, I am the only one customer in the store, they dont help. Then at the check out, she asks if anybody helped. OF COURSE NOT !!! I DONT WANT MY PURCHASE GOES TO HER SALES. And after I paid, SHE NEVER SAYS THANK YOU OR HAVE A NICE DAY. She turns back. NOT ONLY ONCE HAPPENED. 7-8 TIMES!! IM A GOLD MEMBER!! SHE SHOULD RESPECT MORE !! IM NOT SHOPPING WHEN SHE IS IN THE STORE, SHE SHOULD GET FIRED !! Today she was not there, so I went into the store and made purchase. NEW cashier lady and NEW MANAGER was SO NICE. I HOPE THAT NEW MANAGER WILL FIX THIS PROBLEM!! AND HOPEFULLY I WONT SEE LS FACE ANYMORE

This Eddie Bauer has had terrible staff since its been there. I have seen an adult manager mock an Asian woman to a cashier because the woman did not understand what they were trying to explain to her. I was treated like I was stupid after asking if they had bags to put items in while shopping. Today I went in to exchange two items and the associate showed me something else not even similar but twice the price and said "we dont have that anymore and no theres none in the back." I would give them zero stars if I could

There is an old lady, sales rep, who is very push. She only cares about her sales. I am very upset with experience at this particular location. She even pushed to purchase the big size since they dont have the right size for me and they dont know when they would get it. I love clothing from here. But I wont go to this location.
