I was shopping after Christmas and had picked up a bright red plate/bowl off the Christmas clearance table. When I went to check out the manager, SCOTT, told me that that was not Christmas. I told him, politely, where I got it and his response was that he couldnt keep HIS customers (funny, I thought they were Marshalls customers) from putting thing where they didnt belong. He then turned his back on me, walked off and under his breath but still audibly, called me a STUPID COW. Thank you SCOTT, JOLIET MARSHALLS HAS LOST A CUSTOMER AND IVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH MARSHALLS FOR OVER A DECADE. Went back a few days later just to check and sure enough, my red bowl/plate was gone and had been put back on the clearance table. Bless Your Heart Scott. Anyone from the south should know what that means.

I was today at the store, I was impressed. Usually I go to Naperville store, 2 miles away from me, but always I can t found anything. I decided to drive to Joliet store, even it s 14 miles away from me. And I was so happy. I found lot of great deals, plus everyone ( employees)at the store was helpful and nice, .Store manager ( I don t know his name) was very helpful. Even he was doing something else, he drop everything, and was helping me . Thank you. Definitely recommended, definitely will be back

This seems like a larger than normal Marshalls to me. They have tons of clothes, beauty products, and items for the home. Can be a bit intimidating to look through everything, but there are great deals to be had here. Awesome plaza that also has a Ross & Burlington Coat Factory to complete your bargain shopping trip.

The store has a wide selection, but its luck of the draw. Sometimes they have a general thing you want other times they have nothing.
