A young man at the registers was incredibly rude to me and would not help me with anything that I asked for, I asked several times to speak with a manager only to be completely dismissed without offering to call a manager or offering an alternative solution. This young man appeared to be Asian, had glasses and what I believe are called gauge earrings? I will not be returning to this Rack until disciplinary action has been taken against this employee. Very disappointed.

I like the shoe inventory very much because I have a large shoe size and I can always find something in my size. Jewelry is also very nice. However the plus sizes need to be done over. There is nothing I would ever buy.The styles are too old and shoddy. I love to shop at Nordstroms because of the sales people. They are helpful and polite no matter what. All in all it was a good experience.

shopping experience was just OK. I was hoping to find a lot more items, but the mens section is limited and the shoes section was a little disappointing as there were not enough choices. +1 because they have mac and urban decay makeup on markdown.
