First of all, this stores workers are COMPLETELY irresponsible and dont help one bit. The shoes are unorganized, and get this.. I show up at the store at 9 i have to work at 10 so i thought i would get there when they open.. NO ONE WAS THERE UNTIL 930, SEVERAL times this has happened. The last but funniest one yet is the other person who wrote a review is THE STORE MANAGER! WHAT????? I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy lol, famous footwear really needs to do some staff improvements SOON.

I was going to write a bad review first time...but decided to give them a break. I made the mistake of going again because looked like they had a great sale going. They had horrible service both times and closed the door 10 minutes before closing time. Was not helpful at all and refused to measure my daughters feet. Do not go here...unless you want to get angry.

They employees were very helpful, but they did not have the childrens shoes I was looking for, but they did order them and will be shipped to my home for free..

The store opens at 10, so anyone waiting outside at 9 should definitely read the sign on the front door that states the hours. Its a good store.
