The entire experience was bad. My husband and I went to get prescription sunglasses. The selection they had was not the best but we each picked a pair and went to check out. The price was astonishing considering we have amazing insurance... So we went with it because we needed the prescription sunglasses. We were quoted a hefty price which we payed and left... I received a phone call later saying the coupons we used did NOT apply to my order. (Mind you we already paid...) now they said its going to be an additional cost for overpriced glasses. They wouldnt budge on making an adjustment considering it was their mistake... So I told them Id call them back, that I most likely would cancel the ENTIRE order (both mine AND my husbands glasses). So what did they do? They processed my husbands order anyhow and refused to refund him!!! I will NEVER go back! The entire situation was handled poorly! The selection of glasses sucked... Ill try Americas Best next time.

I have been going to this Pearle for a few years now, what I look for in an eye facility is simple, reliable doctors, clean atmosphere, great selection in products and services, no hidden fees etc., and most of all a staff that I can trust and believe. This location had it all, and then some. Their doctors make you feel comfortable and give hope that you can correct any eye problem you may have, their staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about product selection, other styles or colors. Their selection is un-paralleled, from designer to casual. I think what sealed the deal for me is their communication, flexibility, and the fact that they can accommodate my changing schedule and plans.

I went in yesterday to see if they would repair my sunglasses for me. I had lost one of the screws so it was barely hanging on the lens, but didnt have one of those repair quits with the extra screws in it. I walked into the store, was greeted promptly, told the guy i was having trouble with my sunglasses and he took them and fixed them right away. Didnt charge me anything, just wished me a good day and i was done. I didnt even buy the sunglasses here and have never done business with them before now. Great customer service, next time im in need of some new sunglasses, Ill stop by here and see if they have anything.

I dealt with Pearle Vision in Melrose Park previously and it was ok, I came to Schaumburg for the first time and I am absolutely pleased with their service. I was priced out different options with my insurance to make sure I was using my full benefit and paying less out of pocket (Melrose Park didnt bother going into detail or atleast explaining my charges) The ladies are very helpful, patient and friendly. The optometrist was great as well. I will definitely go back in the future. Thank you guys for everything! I am very happy with my glasses and contacts as a first user.

This 5 star review is long overdue. Ive been a customer of Pearle Vision Schaumburg for almost two years, they are my go-to for optical needs. Their lab does top notch work on lenses, better than any other optical lab Ive seen in the area. Amir and his team are amazing at customer service, and really make you feel at home when picking out a new frame. If youre like me (picky about eyewear), they will research additional sizes and styles that you may not see on the wall. I hope to continue to give them my business in the years ahead. -Alex T.

I initially went there to look at some lenses and ended up switching to pearle vision due to their excellent customer service and friendliness. Not only did the staff help me with my current lenses, Amir was also very informative about future care for my glasses. Ambreen was also very helpful with my girlfriend with choosing frames and figuring out which were best for her. Both were extremely helpful and I would absolutely come here when I go for new glasses. I am definitely telling/referring my friends to come here!!!

The optometrist didnt seem to really have any real concern about my dry eyes or vision. She seemed like she just wanted to see as many patients as possible and quickly get through with her day. Probably had partying or an venue on her mind rather than focusing on her job. I would not recommend this place. Place is more of a family run business than an actual place to get your eyes checked. The staff was super sweet though. Never felt so uncared for and lack of concern from a doctor.

Im very disappointed with this location and frankly I think its an embarrassment to Pearle Vision. Customer service is not supposed to come with a slice of rude or a piece idiot. Every single person in this place has a horrible attitude, they really need to work on patience, customer service and just plain being nice. I really dont ever rate places but I had to actually post this since I will never return to this location. Change your team PV or lose customers.

The first time I took my family to this location, I have had nothing but a good experience. Bought my glasses and my kids glasses also, They have a big selection of glasses. I needed my glasses ajusted and they did it without a question. My annual checkup was due and Without a second thought of it.. I chose Pearle Vision. Very helpful and nice people that work there.

I was very pleased with my visit. The optometrist was professional and courteous and Raven was very patient with me as I tried on various frame options. As a courtesy, they even repaired my damaged pair of glasses without charge. I was very impressed by the level of customer service.

Came to look around on April 12th, didnt buy anything and they charged my insurance anyways. Jasmine and the rest of the staff are so unprofessional - dont give them your info unless you are sure you want to buy something. I regret sharing my Eyemed plan # and my ID.
