The Good, The Bad and The Schleppy The good was being able to schedule an appointment online and fill out patient forms - excellent perk! I liked that they took the time to send several emails and call me to confirm. Another good thing is I only paid $10 for a comprehensive eye exam with a coupon. The bad was you get what you pay for, I waited 30 minutes, the pre-exam was 5 minutes and the exam by the OD was only 10 minutes. They tried selling me additional services such as a retina scan in lieu of dilating my pupils, as well as a peripheral vision test. The OD ended up not even dilating my eyes since he suggested I go to an ophthalmologist for my dry eye. Now the schleppy - the OD was a real schlepper. I wont out him by name, but he shook my hand and his was sopping wet - gross! And he absolutely reeked of garlic, which was not very pleasant. He kind of rushed the exam, but it was worth $10.00. A side note - I had to use the restroom - clean the toilet bowl once in awhile folks! The front desk personnel were friendly enough - certainly not deserving of the wretched online reviews. Bottom line - all they care about is selling you eyeglasses.

Horrible Customer Service. Rude and frustrating rep whose only motive was to send customers away. Sad to see such an attitude at the start of a New Year. Had to struggle with them over many visits and phone conversation just to buy a replacement frame. They would not even transfer my lens from the same old broken frame to the new one I purchased with them. Got it done in 2 mins at Costco even though the frame was purchased at VisitonWorks. Will never visit this store again.
