I scheduled a new patient appointment there more than a month in advance and they called and left a voice mail about 2 weeks before the appointment that they rescheduled it for me to the following Saturday...without talking to me! Not a very good first impression for a new client. Then I show up to the appointment and they tried to tell me that it would be $70 for the exam only, even though I have insurance. They charge a ridiculous amount for a contact exam. I told them that was not going to happen and said I would go somewhere else. As I was walking out, the receptionist muttered that they would just bill me and it would go to collections! I turned around and said, "I was never seen by the doctor and had no services rendered, you cant bill me!" The doctor had to tell her that it was fine and I was ok to leave and wouldnt be charged...NEVER go here or be seen here. Unprofessional!

Im seeing great! I came in with outdated contacts (the hard kind), outdated glasses (in the appearance of a sandbox toy), and no information on previous prescriptions. Ive also had an injury to one of my corneas--a dead-center obstacle to vision in that eye. Despite the challenges, Dr. Frith determined near-perfect solutions for new contacts and eye glasses. They feel more comfortable, focus more clearly, and give me less nighttime interference when I drive. Dr. Frith even scheduled me for a follow-up appointment to make some tiny adjustments for the sake of long-term fit and performance. I also got a lot of help in selecting the most flattering glasses frames. They accepted my obscure vision insurer, to boot! If youre looking for a great experience and great results, look no further than this place.

I have been going here for about 7 years and have never received worse service, to the point that i wanted to scream at them. I had to wait five min to pay for my glasses while the person working at the reception was chatting with her co worker. while she was handing me the receipt to sign, she was still talking about personal issues. Very rude and unprofessional. I tried ordering contacts through internet and they would not talk release the information because they wanted me to come in and confirm on the trials they gave me even though i told them they were good when i went in to pick up my glasses. quite frankly this is the last time i go over there. Sad because doctor Burch is a really nice guy with idiots surrounding him

Little sense of urgency. The receptionist has been consistently incredibly rude - seriously, multiple times. Someone called in while I was trying to pay for an appt. and, by the content of the conversation it was apparently one of the doctors. At one point she literally said "Nothing - just waiting on a patient," and then proceeded to keep chatting, making me stand there and wait. I would have thought the doctor would have picked up on what was happening. But, no. Theyre a preferred provider through our insurance service - but over the last couple years, weve learned to only get the minimum the insurance will pay for and take our prescription to be filled elsewhere.

We have liked Dr. Burch in the past, but the last time my daughter and I had appointments we were given to the new younger female doctor instead. Turned out she was unsatisfactory for both of us. My daughter told me she was rude, and I found her to be indifferent. She completed my exam TOO quickly for my comfort, diagnosed me with a new, rather serious eye condition, which left me unconfident of her diagnosis. On top of that, I have found no improvement in my new prescription. If I had been told that we were not going to see Dr. Burch I would have changed our appointments. If they ever try to do that again we will take our business elsewhere.

I recently had a great experience at Danada Vision. I was so impressed with the eye exam Dr. Burch gave. It was extremely thorough and I felt he really took his time, answered my questions and explained every technique he administered. I finally feel I found the right place for eye care. The ladies did a great job helping me choose the best frames that suited my face and personality. When my glasses were ready the optician fit my new glasses perfectly. I love my new Vera Bradley glasses, Thanks Dr. Burch and staff!

Optometrist was good and personable...their non-insurance tests, glasses options and the support/desk help not so much. my glasses broke and the cheapest frames I found were in the kids section. The excuse is that since the insurance covers a large portion its not that expensive....well if you opt for contacts it is I was a patient there due to them taking VSP insurance but every time I went in, the support/front desk made me feel like I was being an inconvenience for stopping. went back to old provider

I was impressed with Dr. Burch and the knowledge of the staff. Brittany helped me with the frame and lens selection in which she was very helpful in explaining my insurance, lens options, and warranty. I was hesitant to purchase multiple pairs but was taught why it would be good for me. She was right!!!!!!!!! I have no idea how I went without computer lenses for so many years considering I spend my work day on a computer. I am very happy with the experience in which I had with Danada Vision Center.

Danada vision is not a reputable vision centers. The doctors request tests and products not covered by insurance as a means of making money. On more than one occasion services and products were "recommended" by doctor that were not needed. An upgrade for a non glare coating that cost $95 for reading glasses was the final straw. Will not return! They are not honest! Dr. Burch seems honest but the rest are not. Find somewhere else to go for your glasses and optometrist needs!

Our family have been going to Dr. Burch for many years He has done a great job with our whole family, including my four sons who range in age from elementary age to college. Dr. Burch always takes great care in prescribing our contacts and glasses and explains everything clearly to us. The office hours and location are also great. And, they have a new feature where you receive an appointment reminder via text which is really convenient.

Its obvious theyve made great changes in customer relations. Not only was the office staff warm and helpful, but they arranged the schedule at the last minute after my mistake. Dr. Burch explained everything very well and made my 5 year old very comfortable. He taught both of us exercises and she actually likes working on getting her eye stronger! Very pleased.

I thought the Doctors were very good...checked everything felt good about visit. Only thing that I dislike is the wait for glasses and the small selection of glasses.
