Horrible horrible Customer Service!!!! I was in store yesterday around 1.30 pm , I bought some on counter medicine and stood in check out line. Same time there was hagen daz ice cream supplier came, After looking at me in check out line Sales associates prefer to to attend that ice cream supplier(who came after me). The sales associates is in her late 30s and early 40s, wearing glasses, straight hair. I did not like her horrible approach towards customers. Area where store is located surrounded with more Chinese, Philippines and Indian communities than american community. Overall less enthusiasm towards non american community which was clearly visible. Why is that? everyone pays same dollar amount in store, everyone should get same good customer service. No wonder lots of CVS has shut down their business. Other communities will happy to spend their dollars in other stores. I will make sure to share my experience to my friends and family. Soon I will be complaining to higher authorizes to CVS who cares about their customer because behavior is unacceptable!!

Do not waste your time at this minute clinic. The staff is poorly trained and have no idea how to handle insurance. Also I signed up online to get in line early and when I arrived the system would not take the code they gave me. The NP look at my insurance card and could not figure out that it was a PPO plan. She said she would have to call but would not be able to confirm I was covered today so I would need to pay $89 for the visit to treat for a two-week chest cold that Ive had. When I came a year ago they incorrectly billed me and then sent me to collections after I disputed the billing and I swore I would never go back again. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and they were the only ones around in my area today. Complete waste of time!

Not helpful and frankly incompetent in assisting with pre-authorization forms requested by my Dr.s office, because the computer wont let her and my insurance carrier doesnt like the scripts I need filled (thats what the authorization forms are for idiot). I already paid a visit to the Dr.s office and they request PAs from you CVS - who just cant seem to figure it out. Really? I certainly dont want someone that incompetent filling my scripts. Nice customer service CVS. After being a customer for over 15 years, I will be going somewhere else.

I could not find the name tag of this woman , so I assume she mustve been in management. She had blonde hair and glasses . Mid 40s. She was extremely rude when I gave her some manufacturers coupons and gave her ecbs to use after. Also made some snide comments about people who find the time to coupon and how she couldnt stand them. I didnt pick your job sweetie you did. Dont be annoyed some people coupon to save some money.

The pharmacy staff helped me save several hundred dollars because of their awareness of prescription coupons and was proactive in providing that for me. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Amela is known to be the coupon queen and she really made my day. Excellent customer service and I would recommend not paying attention to the bad reviews..

I use the Drive Through often and it is a pleasure to deal with the pharmacists here, they are very qualified, friendly and helpful. The service is prompt and accurate. The waiting time depends on the hour of the day - everybody who complains here about the long lines here have to understand that there is a busy time and the workers do their best.

It seems impossible to contact the store by phone. The drive thru is always backed up. They cant fill the prescription because the insurance wont pay and wants a cheaper alternative, but they offer ZERO assistance or just lie to get you to drive away. Customer service line leaves you in queue forever. What a joke.

What is the point of having a drop off only drive thru lane if they never send the tube over and just ignore you when youre there. If the people working in the pharmacy cant ha for both lanes, then they need to close down one of the lanes, or have 2 people working the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous.

I love Shakeel, the Pharmacy Manager, and the entire staff. They are caring and attentive to my needs and my multi-disablilities. I highly recommend this store for the quality, attentativeness, effeciency, and exellent customer service. They are "on the ball" 24/7

So I called my doctor to get some antibiotics. I called cvs and asked them to call me when it was ready for pick up. A bit later I got a call saying my prescription is ready. When I get to the store they say they dont have it. What the hell? Screw you guys.
