I have been coming to this CVS for 5 1/2 years. This year, I have noticed how horrible this store has become. Every time I come here, they are out of the items that are on sale. Often, when there is a buy one get one 50% off… There is only one of the item and you cant take advantage of the 50% off. In the past, the staff was wonderful and helpful and the store was always stocked. Now, there are new employees all of the time and carts flying around the parking lot. I live four blocks from here and go to the Antioch CVS more often. If things dont get better Im going to have to change my prescriptions to another store. I like the convenience of getting things when I get my prescriptions. It is not all the CVSs that have gone downhill, just this one. I am totally disappointed because I buy a majority of my toiletries and household items here.

Pharmacy are rude, disorganized, lazy, dishonest, and incompetent. If you dont have the medicine, search other cvs pharmacies and provide alternatives. Especially with meds that cannot be stopped abruptly. Do I really have to tell them that? Yes, because "we will have it on the next order in the middle of next week" is unacceptable. Then, lets be rude to the customer that insists you do your job. And how about posting the ACTUAL pharmacy hours in the website? This pharmacy is unbelievably scary.

Dumbest pharmacy techs known to man kind. Couldnt even get my name right a few times looking in the system. They tell me I need my card when you can look up my Rx information with name and date of birth and a transfer from a different pharmacy. Transferring my Rx to different CVS location and I hope they close this location down or bring in new Pharmacists and Pharmacy techs who know what they are doing!!!!!

Pharmacy hours at window read open at 8 a.m. on Saturday. Not!!!! Opens at 9 a.m. if you need to go. Have experienced rude treatment over the years from one of the pharmacists.I changed to Walgreens months ago which takes more than twice as long to drive there because of that woman. Now my husband will be a new Walgreen customer as well.

Poor service received here several times. Sit on hold for 20 minutes to check a prescription. No response when I was told they would call me. Have to "special order" drugs all the time. Frustrated and done with this place. I will be switching pharmacies.

Close to home. Staff are willing to help you out if you have questions. Pharmacy staff are great. Went in not feeling well, suggested some medicine, and felt better right away
