okay I went into the Ross store in Plainfield IL , As soon as I walked in there were several things that I noticed. the first was there was no way this store came any where in comparison to anyone of their commercials. And then the OMG hit me and several other words that werent good, so giving the benefit and noing the fact there were only 3 yes 3 shoppers in the store (theres a Clue) at 1130 as I was saying I gave it a chance walked through and and as I did I got to part of the store that made me realize that I was actually in a higher price Goodwill and thats how it felt. Only thing missing were the items on the floor . And they probably would have been if there would have been more items. All I could think was if they needed clothes I had better ones in my closet my furniture or home décor was better , What I went there for was for a fresher look in my house and maybe a few things for my grand kids no there not walmart or target but there not suppose to be but good god dont advertise yourself as something that you cant even come close . would never go would never waste my time not even if I was paid

This store shut down a barn! I wasnt finished visiting barns and nobles ; its not supposed to be gone! I know ross is a place that was placed here because its a for less store . This store is here because I use to camp there and Plainfield preferred me to find a doctor .. I like ross though ! Monique washington and her accomplice and who ever good moves

Worst location. No service and no products. It seemed as if I was in a Sear out of business sale....just dead inside. Random items that were not orginized. This is sad, because I have always loved Ross...just not this one.

good stuff but they are increasing there prices.When store first open you could a lot of bang for your buck now things that was 2.99 are now 4.99. They are losing a lot of business. Rating should be 3 1/2 not a 5
