TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Everyone here including the manager needs a refresher course in customer service. Lazy, miserable attitudes. I understand working retail is not the most fun but theres no reason to take it out on customers. You should want people to come back and shop again. The store was in complete disarray and so disorganized. Youve lost a customer. I will be spending the extra gas to drive to a T.J. Maxx or Marshalls.

One of the worst Ross stores Ive been in .... Hardly any merchandise choices and critically understaffed. One register open, for buying and returned merchandise, long wait time, cashier was obviously tired, rattled, and had a bad attitude. Many shelves were empty and haphazardly displayed. I wont be returning to this Ross.

Nice place to by home decor, shoes makeup handbags etc staff is usually nice and love that they have fitting rooms and bathrooms. Place is usually clean thats a plus.
