Just came home from purchasing one of those white top and plastic dispensers where you can store cereal or sugar etc...to my dismay the bottom part is completely broken and torn apart. I cant even use it, I wasted my money and I wont even bother trying to return it. It was my mistake for not noticing (how I didnt see it I will never understand! Stupid me) but also wish the woman at the register would have said something because obviously I am not going to purchase an object thats dysfunctional. Even if she also didnt notice it this is a warning for others to make sure when buying an item its not damaged and for Ross to make sure to take their damaged items off the shelves. Lesson learned.

Staff unfriendly and not helpful. The security man helped me more. Went for the shoe sale but did not find one pr of shoes for 15.00. Have been to that store 4 times and each time there were very few customers. wonder how they can keep the store open

This place is a mess, there is only 1 cashier so you have to wait 15 mins checkout.
