I made an account just to leave a review and trust me I dont normally leave a review like this. The worst customer service run by the same idiotic manager/lazy workers and the most unpleasant experience in my entire life. In particular, people working in the auto department were extremely rude, inefficient, and had no concept of even half-decent work ethics or whatsoever. One cold morning in January, I was there early morning to get an oil change. I got there early to avoid waiting in line but the door wasnt even open on time and when there was a lazy, dumb girl inside taking her sweet-ass time after she already got there late. When I finally knocked on the door, without even looking up, she raised her index finger signaling me to hold on although she saw me outside the door when she first got there. So I waited and waited for full ten minutes in the cold outside the door while she continued to ignore my presence. By this time, I was already pissed waiting 10+ minutes in the freezing temperature. When the door was finally open, instead of an apology, I was greeted by a rather angry assistant manager who claimed they were trying to find a key to open the door. So I explained to him that all she had to do was to walk up 10 ft from where she was standing when she first saw me and tell me she didnt have a key to open the door instead of ignoring me and making someone wait in the cold. Instead, they argued that they were busy and it wasnt their fault at all. I still decided to get my oil change but here is the real kicker. The same incompetent assistant manager also told me in a very condescending tone if I was looking to get a discount out of all this and walked away. A $4 off out of $40 service? Furthermore, he intentionally delayed opening the garage door for another 20 minutes by disappearing when there were already workers inside. By this time, I ran out of my patience wasting almost an hour of my precious time when these lazy workers absolutely did nothing but continue to aggravate me on purpose. One guy even threatened me that he didnt want to "hurt" me?!?!?! Things dont usually bother me but I had to report these people to Walmart headquarter. These minimum wage workers certainly dont have a brain how to do their jobs properly, have absolutely zero common sense, and also extremely rude to their customers. How could a big chain store run like this? This isnt the first time I had unpleasant experience at Wal-Mart. They often have no price tags or wrong price scanned in and when you bring this up, instead of an apology, they will get mad and yell at you for holding up a line. This is exactly why retailers like Walmart are losing battles with online retailers like Amazon who value their customers. Will never go back to Wal-Mart again.

Very Bad.ants in every room on 1st floor. Mad that is very fat attacked someone for no reason that I could see. I was standing in listening distance. Mad never explained why. They take the dirty towels away while one is gone and do not replace towels. Then when i asked for towels at desk they said they do not have any. They only clean room once/week. They do not clean tiolets or bath rooms. They want you to wait outside while mad is cleaning. It doesnt matter if it is raining hard and one gets all wet. Parking spaces are too small for medium-sized cars or vans. They have thefts in the area. Do not leave car Windows open for one inch. They run out of tiolet paper and do not want to give you any more tiolet paper. Must bring your own tiolet paper. They dont give you enough bar of soap. No shampoo. Bed is against walls in the corner. No bible in rooms. Uncomfortable wooden chairs. Sometimes squirrel will come in rooms. No near by stores for food. Stores close at 9-10pm in area. Rollor skating rink is in walking distance. Interstate 53 is near. Laundry to expensive. No laundry mat near by. No Microwave in rooms. No refrigerator in rooms. Microwave room is always locked and it is a heavy door. Microwave is to high unless you are 6 feet tall. Pool looks dirty. No exercise room. No elevators. Metal/cement stairs. The people who work there are rude and always say they do not know where anything is located. Must speak loud and repeat yourself 3-4 times before they says anything to you. I would not stay there if I was you.

Corporate help!!! The store needs to be renovated into a new Super Walmart as soon as possible!! Everytime I have gone here I have had a bad experience. Sure enough when I walked in I got a nice role of the eyes and loss of eye contact when I asked the self service cashier if they were 24 hours... she replies annoyed "nah 10pm and 2am." What?? Finally my luck changed!! THREE Employees blew my mind with their exceptional service!! Sad to say the service in the past has been horrible. BUT This time I had the pleasure of meeting Sandra who seems to be a manager late at night, Francisco working in the cleaning supply area who used to be a coach at Columbia college i learned and another young girl who ran all over the store trying to find keys to fitting rooms for me. Sandra and Francisco stopped what they were doing and took the time to have a conversation with me as to how to solve my problem and showed me numerous products to help! Then they saw me later and ask again if I needed help... in the middle of mopping and stocking at 11pm. I will check back with them next week to make sure they heard of this review as they deserve praise for their efforts!! And I will post it everywhere I can. If more of the staff were like them then this Walmart would be doing a whole lot better!! In my experience if you give a better product you will attract a better clientele. I am referring to the physical quality conditions of the store. Step it up corporate. Get yourself some more Sandras and Franciscos quick!

Worse retail experience in my life! Do NOT open a credit card with Walmart. We used the new card the day it was opened and the purchases were denied because of an incorrect zip code. 1. The credit card was charged 3 times for the same merchandise even though the credit card was denied all three times in the store. 2. Store associates could not print out a receipt to show that the charges were reversed and 24 hours later, the charges are still on the card, yet we bought nothing 3. Walmart has no help desk. The customer has to call on the customer number next to the store clerk or manager to resolve issues or get a reversal code since the receipt does not print out. It takes 24 hours for a reversal to show up and we have yet to see the reversal happen. 4. The staff, with the exception of Josh is completely incompetent, including the ones taking calls on the customer service line. -we had several associates walk away from us as they were helping and never return- More than 24 hours after the incident, the credit card has the amount of the three charges still on the card for merchandise we never received because the store cannot reverse charges. The store would not provide anything in writing to ensure the charges were reversed. Im at a loss for how and why they get away with this behavior.
