I love Discount Tires. Usually really friendly and work with you to get what you need. Last time I was there, they refused to rotate my tired because the tread was worn down and it was unsafe to switch them. First off the tires I had were Bridgestone Duelers and I wouldnt recommend them unless you have a wrangler. Since my Blazer is so heavy those tires wore out very quickly. They wore at about 35,000 miles when they are suppose to last 50,000 miles. I will try to get a warranty for this. And second The manager (Chris) at the Glendale Heights location did nothing but push me into buying new tires. He never let me know there was a warranty and wanted nothing to do with me as soon as I told him I wasnt going to buy Tires that Day. I ask him about the warranty I already had and he said its no good and brushed it aside and continue to ignore my questions and proceed to just showing me new tires to buy. I let him know I was a student and he proceeded to show me nothing but the most expensive tires. I will not be returning because if your business can hire and promote a manager like Chris, then you dont deserve my business. He was rude, unprofessional and not willing to work with a costumer. upon further review I found that I have a limited warranty and Bridgestone will replace my tires. Lesson from this: always sleep on it if you can on big decisions. 2: research yourself. Guys like Chris just want your money and for that reason he will not have my business.

I always purchase wheel sets from Discount Tire Direct and have them installed at a Discount Tire location. Unfortunately, this location is ran and operated by imbeciles that dont take safety into consideration. I purchased a set of five tires and rims for my truck and had nothing but problems with them. Within the first couple of months a tire completely separated from the rim due to improper mounting. Just recently, 3 out of 5 studs snapped on my truck. I brought them into repair to a third party mechanic and was told it was mounted improperly. I checked the other three wheels and sure enough, I manually could turn each lug about a full turn and a half. This is after I came back to Discount Tire to have them re-torqued. I wont be surprised when there carelessness eventually gets someone killed. I wont be doing business at any Discount Tire anymore. I suggest if you do, check there mounting service before hitting the road.

This place left me in tears. I went in with a nail in my tire and after listening to two guys try and sell me on 4 new tires, based on what sounded like sound logic, I bought 4 new tires. Unfortunately, the tires they sold me were standard cheap tires and I drove away unhappy and wishing I had never gone in to get the nail removed without first doing ALL the research I needed to be an educated consumer. Moreover, the techs were pushy, arrogant, unhelpful and seemed like they just wanted to scare me into purchasing all new tires. Moral of the story: dont rely on the techs to have your best interest in mind, they will do and say whatever they need to in order to make the sell. Shop around and dont be afraid to spend a few extra dollars to get the best tires.

I recently went into to Discount Tires (Glendale Heights) location with a flat tire. Nick P. checked me in and did an inspection on my vehicle. After the inspection of my vehicle, he explained to everything in detailed with my all my options. They took the car in - found a nail and performed the repair on the tire for free! Throughout the whole process, everyone was real professional. They constantly communicated the progress of the work and how much longer I would be there. The waiting area is clean and they offer free coffee and water. Also, as a bonus, Portillos is around the corner. Highly recommended!

Ive had to replace the tires on two vehicles in the past 6 months. Discount Tire is conveniently located and offered competitive prices. For both purchases, my experience at Discount Tire was exceptional. The staff member was eager to go out to my vehicle and explain hands-on information. He also walked me through all the pricing options to fit my budget. Also I had arrived later in the day and they had no problem in getting the car done before close that day. My experiences with Discount Tire will keep me going back!

I went and had some tires put on my truck and there was a problem with the side walls. I went to warranty the tires and thay told me I did not get them from Discount and that Tire thay would not even give me a tire rotation. I later on found the warranty slip and recite proving that I got the tires at Discount Tire. But then it was too late what a joke... So if you get there tires dont wast your time or money buying the warranty....

This Discount Tire location is so outstanding it left me in awe. The overall business ethic, the fast service by a crew of men who actually seem to enjoy working there and the enthusiastic customer service are amazing! The whole place is clean and well organized. I will definitely be telling friends and colleagues to go to this particular Discount Tire. Truly a five star business.

These guys make it happen!!! Excellent customer service, fantastic prices, and overall great experience. Tyler really helped me out in finding the right tire for my truck. He answered my questions and had a wealth of knowledge about the tires i was interested in. I will not go anywhere else for tires. Thanks guys!!!

I have had really great service at this location, the entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Manager Josh helped me find tires for a vintage dune buggy at a great price. No other shop in town was able to help me let alone give me a good price. This is the go to place for tires and service.

I came in pretty frustrated with the problem, but Adrian was great and very patient, check all my tires found a nail in one, fixed it and got me out the door and was very welcoming and informative.
