I was a little disappointed, but not surprised, that their prices were pretty average with their competitors, give or take 5 bucks. But that’s not my gripe. I came here to get my 2 front tires replaced and in the middle of the work I was notified that one of my rims were cracked and they could not “safely” put a tire on it. They offered to look up my rim and get me a quote, which they did, but I told them I’m not interested in purchasing a new rim since the others I had on the vehicle were already pretty old and damaged. So buying a new rim just didn’t make practical or financial sense. So I told them that I’ve decided to purchase some used tires and steel wheels from somewhere else and asked that they stop work on the second tire and leave the old tire on. The counter guy I was speaking with went to the repair area, came back and told me they were already in the process of putting the new tire on. He gave me some legal mumbo jumbo (excuse) on how they cannot “safely” put my old tire back on and added that since I swiped my credit card to purchase the tire it was like signing an agreement that I would put their tire on. So I had to pay about $159 for a tire that will not fit the steel wheels that I’ll be purchasing. The store manager is telling me there is nothing he can do for me. Was the other tire that damaged that they could not put it back on or was it that they didn’t want to put it back on. Now I know the other tire that was getting replaced was not damaged. I was getting it replaced because the tread was close to 4/32. If they would have worked with me, I would have come back to this store for future tire repairs since it’s close, convenient and familiar with their store. Now I’ll be staying away from it like a bad habit. Its really upsetting that they could not work with me to help minmize my loss.

First Visit: I had four tires installed on a 2011 C-class. The moment I left the shop the car was pulling to the right and the front passenger tire was rubbing. Second Visit: I took the car back and told them the tires are different sizes from front to rear and they had put a rear tire on the front. The employee acknowledge his mistake and apologized. The tires were remounted "correctly". I drove the car around for a few days and still felt the car swaying right (not as bad but still noticable). I looked at the tires and discovered the tire had no balancing weights on the rim. Third Visit: By this time I was running out of pateince, I talked directly to the manager who said they would "re-check the balance". Car came back out of the shop and you guessed it all four rims finally had weights on them. The manager then tried to cover up the mistake by saying the tire sometimes does not need weights on it be in balance and if the swaying happened again contact the tire manufacturer. But guess what?- The car drove fine after the third visit to re-balance the tire. If I would have been told the truth after the third visit I would not have wrote this review, however trying to cover up your mistake by the manager lying to my face is not how to run a business. I know cars and I am not a random customer who will believe whatever you tell them. Cant say I would recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. I left my car with them on a Monday to replace a blown tire, they ordered the tire and scheduled a service date of Thursday, by mid day I had not heard from them so I called. They told me that it would actually be Friday when they would receive the tire and complete the work. I asked why no one called and told me and they said that they "dont know where the tires are until the truck arrives in the morning". I pointed out that it was mid afternoon and no one had bothered to contact me or my wife and they told me that they have "no way of knowing where the tires are until they call the manufacture for a tracking number". I asked them when they would have known that the tire wasnt going to arrive if we hadnt called and they essentially said that they dont know. They person taking the call (Anthony) made it very clear that he could not care any less about the great inconvenience that this caused me (rescheduling work, etc) and just kept repeating that "things happen sometimes". I dont expect perfection, and I understand that things happen sometimes, but they behave as though they have no control over what goes on under their own roof and they have little to no concern for their customers happiness or time. Not a single person even bothered to apologize.

I was quoted $298 out the door by Mike, the next day I got there Carlos quoted me $360 out the door for the same tire I felt like they BAIT AND SWITCH ME AROUND. When I ask for Mike I was told he was off. Come to find out that Mike failed to put not in the system of what he quoted me. I was press for time and had to wait 45 minutes while they track Mike down on his day off. They made me supper late for work because of there lack of communication. All this time the store manager Ryan never came out to fix the issue or even apologize for it.

Typical Discount tire. Claims best pricing, but always the highest. I brought my wifes car there for tire rotatation, tires were only 3 months old and they told me I needed new tires. Few other times they claim tire is not repairable, but NTB repaired it with no problem. They are there to sell you overpriced tires at any expense. Last time I went there, they were 70$ more then costco. The name DISCOUNT TIRE should be illegal to advertise because they are the opposite.

Highly recommend going to this location. I called to get a quote on a leaky tire valve replacement and was taken care of the same morning. Had to wait about an hour and half but that was expected. Staff was friendly, honest and knowledgable. Price was significantly cheaper than dealer and local repair shops. Purchased a set of tires for my wife as well and very happy with the service and quality.

Took my Daughter to get 4 new tires , the staff especially Mike who helped us was courteous and informative. Car was done in an hour and we have no complaints. We use to go to Pep Boys but tired of the price inflation we chose Discount Tire, it was the right choice. We recommend it! Naperville on Fort hill.

Failure on customer service. Said they couldnt put air in my tires since my light was on. They were operating as business as usual. It looked like they were busy and just didnt want to help a previous customer who has purchased all there tires from discount cause they were busy. I dont recommend this store.

Quick and friendly service. Woke up with my tire nearly flat, called and made an appointment for my lunch hour. Had a nail in my tire and they patched and rotated the tires for free! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you! I will be back to purchase new tires soon.
