My tires had been losing air consistently for over a week so I brought it in to this location for a closer look. Without even analyzing my tires, one of the salesmen concluded my wheels were rusted and that I needed new wheels. He tried every tactic to persuade me into getting new wheels. My car is fairly new as well. I refused and argued for the rep to at least consider checking the tire for a hole. He finally agreed. After the salesman got busy with another customer I walked into the shop and had a word with the tire technician. I asked for his honest opinion on whats going on and after removing the tires it turns out I had a defective valve stem. The management here should rule out all possible outcomes before jumping to make sales. I wont be coming back here to discuss my tire problems.

As far as tire places go, this place is as straightforward as it gets. Ive been here multiple times and they have good prices, not incredible but when you consider that it includes rotations, in their price it is not exactly horrible, slightly on the high side but for what it is, it is convenient. I have rarely stopped by and had to wait an inordinate amount of time in order to get new tires or get my tires changed. Is it true that I could get cheaper tires somewhere else? most likely yes. As a matter of fact most of the reason why I shop here is due to the how close it is to my house. Still from a get what you pay for perspective, since everything is so low hassle that its worth a visit.

Got my first flat tire today driving on the highway to work. Made my way over to Discount Tire in Romeoville. I worked with Anthony who was phenomenal. He made the really rough day a lot better. Great customer service, fantastic prices and the job was quick and efficient. In and out inside of 40 minutes including a full 4 tire replacement and warranty claim. Would highly recommend this place and Anthony in particular!

Bought new continental tires for my car. From the beginning they rode like crappie. Went back to the tire shop, they ordered me new Yokohama tires and could not be happier. The guys that work their are very knowledgeable, and they are all about making you happy. Will definitely be buying my next set of tires there as well.

They do tires, that is all. Seriously that is all so dont bother asking them to check anything else under the hood. TIRES!!!!!! Anyway look for coupons online for this place to make it worth it.

Never take your car in case you have Ultra Low Profile tires. My brand new rim was scratched while they installed it. These guys are only good for Jeeps and Chevys.
