This place was recommended to me by a grill-buddy friend three years ago. The rest is history! Ribs, brisket, steaks, chicken legs - and so much more. They even are one of the few butchers that does turducken. I havent tried that yet, but hear its good - and its good from Blue Ribbon. These guys - usually call and get Russ - are top notch. Customer service friendly and get this -- a butcher that will do and cut what you want, how you like it, to perfection. I cant say enough about this place. And come holiday time - watch out! Get your meat early. Not that they cant replenish pretty fast, but if youre a grill aficionado, get yo meat early, for real. Do NOT walk here - RUN! They are the best meat, price, and deal in town. Old school butcher feel in there too - cant beat this experience, and itll show after you grill that meat. Believe you me!! No git goin!!
