Great store to shop at I go there for parts all the time and its always clean the manager leonel is great at what he does and is always eager to listen to customer feedback his assistant at least thats what I think she is just as good as he she is I think shes the smallest one in the store but "BIG" In regard to customer service and product knowledge however the other two managers and staff I think need to maybe attend some retraining classes to brush up on product knowledge for that reason I give 4 stars.

Called them up to get pads and rotors for a DIY project. Rosio was very swift and even asked if Id like to have them on hold. When I got to the store, the parts were waiting and ready to go. Very nice staff, who keeps the place clean and welcoming. They also pricematch, if you find same products for less somewhere else.

I recently got a new car and Ive been there for some parts. Theyve been glad to help me out and they seem to know what theyre doing. Every one of their staff has been glad to help me out and I even got a discount on a fluid and a funnel. Excellent service. I will be back if I need anything

The standard Auto Zone would probably get 3 or 4 stars but this one gets five because the employee actually walked me to where I can find the item I was looking for and then rang me up. There is great service at this Auto Zone.
