Hate is such a strong word, but it deserves the least number of stars. I went out of my way to research oil prices and they had the best deal, 5qts of Mobil 1 synthetic and free Mobil 1 filter for $29.99. But when I got there it turns out they dont carry my filter type in Mobil 1 and then that was it... the worker offered to let me pay full price for a stp filter! Thanks but no thanks and when I asked if he was going to supplement the diff. brand for the one they didnt carry, that was a big NO, sorry I cant help you end of story. I drive a VW Rabbit not a Maserati, is it my fault they carry my European blend oil but not the filter, no is the answer. What ever happened to making the customer happy.

Store manager Rene is the worst ever I will stop my commercial business and never refer any family or friends there ever again she is the worst person to step foot in there she will not allow refunds of any sorta computer is down or no money in safe I threatened her with calling district and she said he wont do anything I he my people.we live in bridgeview not the hood

Walk in to get a check engine light the lady tell me to wait till her store is empty wait for 15 minutes they only have 3 customers they left she never come out to che c k my truck. .terrible service
