Jessica was able to help me with a warranty issue. She went beyond the call to help , and cleared up another store mistake. I had been on the coordinating the exchange of a warranty part that didnt have the original part in Stock , so they sent me to the Elmwood park store where i was told that the part# didnt match up. But thanks to Jessica and her extra efforts she was able to replace the part. This was an example of excellent customer service . I will come back because of Jessica efforts.

Despite having ordered online in the morning, I still spent 40 minutes waiting while picking up parts that should have been ready when I got there in the evening. Store was empty when I arrived. I guess this reinforces my reasoning with ordering my car parts from Amazon.
