Miguel Z was AWESOME. I drove from Northbrook, IL & another driver informed me that BOTH taillights were OUT. It was a scary experience PRAYING other drivers wouldnt rear end me. Miguel had to contact the Maywood store for my bulb. Their unhelpful ass had it at the counter but wouldnt help me further. I drove back to Bellwood from Maywood & Miguel assisted me quickly. I LOVE an employee who works to assist others & not just obtain a paycheck. Id give Miguel 20 stars.....

Poor customer service. I Purchased front brake pads. When my mechanic began to install them, he realized that I had be sold the wrong pads. The same say I went back to store to return the pads only to be berated by the cashier. The store manager, who was helping another customer, left her customer to assist in the assault. I like to check out here first for my car pieces because their prices are among the best. They help you out with questions and also explain the problems or issues you might be having with your car. Plenty of parking space. Wheelchair accessible. You can also earn $25 when u spend $20 for five times...thats not bad...since there is always something you need for a car. This store has everything.

Very fast friendly service. I needed rotors and breaks to have someone change them. So i couldnt leave to pick up the parts, my breaks and rotors were shot , so I called and was able to pay by phone and have my mechanic pick it all up. The gentlemen on the phone was knowledgeable, and helpful.
