Auto zone supports predatory towing practices. On Christmas eve, I went to autozone to purchase wiper blades. While there I also went to the toys r us next door to purchase a last minute gift for my child. When I returned, I found 4 other families whos cars had been towed along with mine. At the invitation of Autozone, rendered services, their authorized service had two aggressive men patrolling the lot with a tow truck parked around the corner. They watched for people o walk away from their cars and towed them immediately regardless of where they were shopping. While I waited for someone to come and take me to the tow lot, I shared with others that Rendered and Autozone were aggressively towing anyone that did not go into autozone and leave. When the two employees of rendered saw me talking to other patrons, they began to threaten me. I left in fear to wait for my ride someplace else as one of the gentlemen walked up to me with his hand inside his coat. I am shocked and appalled that this type of vendor is allowed to work for autozone and will not in good continuous ever support this company again. This type of intimidation and aggressive practices are both illegal and uncalled for. In speaking with another family that had been told after walking away for 5 minutes, they were planning to return gifts to cover the cost of the tow. Thats a great way to say Merry Christmas to your customers Auto zone.

Poor service, untrained staff. The manager is super unprofessional and have an attitude when you ask a question. Picked up a tool from the "clearance" section. Went to pay for it. The manager tells me "theres no way thats on clearance." Looking at me like I made that up just to get a cheap tool. If only I could request them to view the security cameras cuz I do not like getting accused for blasphemy. Ive always loved auto zone over any other parts store and this place makes me sick to my stomach. Cicero and addison have the best autozone crew, Robert, George and Bernard have helped me numerous times there and they are cool and welcoming people. This autozone? Id say they need to fire everyone in the store and rehire a fresh crew. Hope this stores manager and staff reads this, and they should remember who I am, was just there 6 hours ago. The guy that brought a can of MAP sensor cleaner and wanted to get the lug nut tool. Had a MAP sensor put on hold for me, but after how the manager was acting, I decided to not ask about it and got the part at another autozone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They got me a mobile Mechanic, just NOT in time before Goodis restaurant towed my vehicle. Made me miss my father coming out of surgery. But I would recommend this Auto Zone to everybody. Find it and go!!
