I wont but stuff at Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts anymore. I bought 2 Calipers from this location & both of them were faulty. I took my car to ASE Certified 3rd Generation Mechanics at Accurate Alignment on Lincoln Street in West Milwaukee & the Mechanic said that the Calipers which are only 3 Weeks Old are junk & are Malfunctioning. My Rotors which were also bought at Autozone 3 weeks ago are also junk he said because they are already warped & gouged out from the Calipers & Break Pads Malfunctioning. The Brake Pads were also bought at Autozone 3 weeks ago. The Mechanics at Accurate Alignment said that they had a guy in there last week with a 1963 Chevelle who bought all brand new parts at Autozone including Ball Joints & the Ball Joints broke after a week. The Mechanics said that both Autozone & Advanced Auto Parts sell cheaper non U.S. made Crap. I agree after all of this. The Mechanics at Accurate Alignment also told me that since the Calipers, Rotors, & Pads are all 3 weeks old & are still under warranty, that I should take them back & get a complete refund & including my core charge back & buy the parts at NAPA Auto Parts. This is not the first Time that this has happened with Calipers from Autozone either. I recommend not buying stuff from Autozone anymore. Buy U.S. made parts. They last longer.

Ridiculous customer service....NEVER call to ask a question...I was placed on hold for 15 minutes, I waited...figuring maybe theyre busy...someone picks up the phone (laughing) & hangs up!!! I call back, and spoke with a different associate who asks what he can help me with.. I explain what I need, and he says.."ok, ill get right on that" and puts me on hold without even asking/saying he was doing so...another 10 minutes go by before I decide Ill drive my vehicle (with no brakes) there since theyre SO BUSY...I stayed on hold, and drove to the store and see that they are NOT busy!!! Drove right past, and went to Oreilly instead.

They gave me the wrong part for my car then when I exchanged it for what I assumed was the right part only to get out to the parking lot and look to see they had resold me the part I just returned. When I walked back in the cashier didnt believe me until I pulled out all the receipts. And then was like "my bad". Seriously? Wont shop at this location ever again.

This last time I was here was on a Friday evening. They had two people working and only one register open. After having to find the touch-up paint I needed on my own, I waited in line for 20 minutes before I gave up and left. It should never take 20 minutes to check out at a store; that is ridiculous.

Went in to get a defective battery they sold to be replaced but they said we only help replace battery if u buy a new one and not when the battery we sold is defective. They wanted me to bring the defective one in and they will give me one to bit in myself. Not a big deal but the rudeness was!

Long wait time for someone trying to get a refund for STOLEN MERCHANDISE. Then when I finally got my turn the associate went to look for the product I needed, couldnt find it and I ended up finding it myself. I had to wait over an Hour for no help whatsoever on a weekday afternoon.

Told the counter guy i needed front and rear wipers for a 2005 Ford Escape. He grabbed them off the shelf and then installed them too. Took less than 10 minutes from walking in to a completed install. I believe the young man was named Andrew. Thank you Andrew!

Great selection of auto parts at very good price the only downside is employees is a great quality on customer sevice but few employees available, I was waiting more than 20 minutes on the line for the cash register just for a oill quarter for my car.

This is the hub store for the South side of milw. So they have more in stock then other stores. Only issue they get busy at times and dont have enough staff to help.
