Jeff at this location was very helpful to us today with a fairly routine problem. He diagnosed the problem and gave us good tips on what to try first. He made it easy to understand how to replace the parts that needed replacing, and reassured us that the car can be driven in the meantime. I will go back here again the next time I need something car-related.

Called ahead to see if they could test my alternator out of the vehicle and they said yes. So I yanked it out and brought it to them only to be told it had to be in my vehicle to test it. So I threw my alternator through their glass doors. ... Just kidding. .. But dude I totally wanted to.

I guess when the game on your phone is the priority, it doesnt matter that you have a customer in front of you asking to cancel the wrong part that was ordered and instead order the right part. It would be nice if they gave a s*** to try to help their customers.

This store is the ONLY store within miles that actually knows what the heck theyre talking about. As a mechanic Ive been coming to this location for years and dont buy parts from anywhere else.... And I also send everyone I know to this store.

Glorified toy store. Pour knowledge of cars and parts. Every time I go to one of there stores I end up going back to get the proper part because they have me the wrong one.

Nice they help you with what you need some people are still learning so it just takes some time to get the right part if you happen to be dealing with a rookie
