First time I ordered a part, the computer listed an alternative that was a high end upgrade. Said part did not fit. Not the employees fault so I was ok with it. Went back and ordered the proper part. When I returned to pick it up at the guaranteed delivery time they were not able to find it. They were not able to find it because they never ordered it despite the associate telling me I was good to go, it had been ordered. they need to train their staff better.

I have reword - discount card with this store and the give me hard time to use discount. I had to have card with me even they found all my information on their computer. even with card they try to trick me and not giving me discount telling me this is the price with discount i had to insist telling them to press on "Discount" button on the screen and then i got discount. Not much but people in the store not friendly.

What you find here that you do not find at other AutoZones is a what seems to be whole crew with automobile experience. Most parts stores now days the people working there do not have any idea what they are talking about. These people are the reason I shop at the Darien Autozone! About the same as any other car parts store built for the masses. Nothing impressive here, mediocre staff, gross lighting that makes it feel like youre in a 90s zombie movie. Its just another store, in my books, but it has always had the parts Ive needed, so I cant rag on it too hard.

Had to return spark plugs after a clerk sold us the wrong ones. They accepted the return for store credit but insisted there was no way we told the employee the right car because the spark plug was so wrong.
