Ive never had a worse experience at Autozone then I did today waited in line for 15 minutes to pick up parts that I had paid for 2 days ago. Then to have people that came after me get helped because they need one of there free services I confronted Alex and all he could say is thats the way I do things and if you dont like it talk to my manager.

Very good experience , manager was really nice helped me changed wipers in rain-( (only complaint ))guy talking on phone to long in store customers come first I think but the girl helpeds me so ok service also finally got $20 rewards as well
