ordered a specific part via phone and was told it would be in the next day. The next morning I pop in and stated I ordered a part via phone and was here to pick it up. The rep who has no business working customer service asked if I had paid for it via credit card. I stated no. After about a 1 mintue silence he asked what I wanted then if I hadnt paid for it. I said never mind if you cant grasp the simplest of voice commands because I cant make this much simpler. I ordered a part that was to be here today and was here to pick it up, where is the confusion. Will never go back to this store again.

Every visit in this shop has been incredibly productive for me in terms of finding parts and saving money compared to what I would have paid at a repair shop. Consistently great customer service. I have high-mileage vehicles and dont want to put a lot of money in them for repairs. Ive found solutions at NAPA, including a $4 bottle of radiator sealant that saved me $1,300 in repairs for leakage problems. My list goes on...always grateful to the guys at NAPA! Martha O.

Manager was extraordinary rude to me for absolutely no reason. I asked him to Simply come out and check my dipstick to see if I was leaking oil and he proceeded to tell me that we dont do mechanical work here in a very snobby tone. If you know anything about cars you know that that is not a mechanical procedure its a simple check-up and it takes all of 30 seconds. I will never go back to that place

Just called asking for hid bulbs for my car, rep gave me horrible attitude and told me I didnt know what I was talking about . There goes my attempt to endorse a local business. that was going to rip me off anyway. Im an ASE certified technician. If thats how they treated me I wonder how they treat the average customer

The absolute best parts store with the most knowledgeable people in town! When I had an emergency, they went above and beyond to help my situation by going across town to another NAPA store to pick it up for me! What a great group of guys! Huge difference in quality in parts and service versus the competition!

Came in to ask some questions about a part. The 2 men behind the counter seem to think they are too smart to discuss technical details with women. And wont even listien to what is being asked before retorting a know it all question. Good luck treating people that way
