Arlene was incredibly helpful. I came into the store to return a duplicate copy of Breath of the Wild I received and ask how the expansion pass would be delivered as I did not receive any kind of code when picking up the game. Arlene was concerned that I did not receive the code and proceeded to identify the issue that the other store had given me the wrong receipt when I checked out that did not contain the download code. Through a series of phone calls, Arlene was able to solve the problem and as a result I left the store having successfully returned the game and received the correct code that I had paid for. She was appropriately friendly, helpful, and interested in both finding the cause of the problem and solving it. Her efforts definitely contributed to me being in a better mood when I left than when I arrived.

This Gamestop has the product(s) and/or service(s) that I expect to find at a Gamestop retail store. Gamestop gives me legal tender and/or store credit for my used games that would otherwise go in the food disposal or other waste disposal apparatus. This is the Gamestop at which I shop for premium products and/or services.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I called to see if they had any extras of a preorder bonus, and I went into great detail specifying what I wanted, as there was two, one of which I had, and he said they had the one I wanted! So I drive on over and he hands me the wrong one, also being very patronizing about it, as if he had something better to do
