Horrible prices, horrible buy back prices and horrible customer service! Hung up on a boss when I asked a simple question, which was "what do you all purchase"? They want to be like Les from Hardcore pawn jipping and acting like their doing you a favor by giving you pennies for good products. They watch too much t.v. stop it! When they first started and they didnt know what they were doing, their prices was cheap and reasonable buy back prices. Now that they got a little experience in scamming, they think its cool to play people out their money. I wouldnt buy a dvd or game from their mamas if she needed the money. Real talk.

I love going to digital wreck with my sons. The services is nice they have all kinds of different game. And when I say different I mean like Atari ColecoVision Nintendo playstation xbox you name it they have it. Another thing that I like about this. They have rooms where you can have your kids birthday party my son turned 12 and him and his friends were so happy to be able to play games for hours and we didnt have to worry about where they were. I tell you ever thing about this please is fun for kids GameStop needs to take some lessons from the please.

Not professional at all, doesnt show any type of customer service, low balls selling customers and overcharge buying customers. Doesnt negotiate and its just plain rude. I encourage people to go other places for better prices. Better off going to Gamestop, at least youll get decent customer service and the same prices for better quality.

I just left from there,first off when I walk in I hear one of the workers talking to a young kid about doing robbery and the lil guy had to be maybe 13,than when I walk up to the counter he (the worker )acted like he was mad because I stopped they convo,long story short might get robbed comeing out of there
