Since I cant write a review without giving one star doesnt deserve one star I called the store and asked Jason if they had any Nimtendo classic systems in been searching for months for this system he said yes its one per person I dont drive I called my nephew who grew up on Nintendo this idiot Jason probably never owned the original said come pick me up I wanted to purchase one for my daughter I get to the store and this idiot Jason said one per household he was clearly holding back one system that Nintendo shipped out I feel take advantage of and need to be compensated for not being able to purchase this item Nintendo keeps telling me to check retailers I do then I get treated like crap thats total bullshit I live alone with my daughter got a ride to purchase this item if I am not contacted with a system to buy I will be taking this up the chain of command thru GameStop and Nintendo Jason just wanted to be rude the cashier wanted to sell to me after my nephew got his who gives a rats ass if u walk into the store together he didnt know me he did it to be mean I work for a corporate owned company and if I treated a customer the wad Jason did I wouldve been fired will not ever shop here again

This store accepted a charge to my card which is in my possession in another state. When I called to speak with the manager to let him know one of his employees keyed in a charge and could not possibly have the card in their possession (maybe look through the charges to find out who did it and that it was manually keyed in which would be employee theft), the manager hung up on me.

Ive been going to this game stop for about 5 yrs and i have not had a bad experience yet. There always nice and attend to you in a timely fashion. i always have so much fun when they have there 12am game releases such as Call of Duty and Battle Field 3. I really recommended this game stop.

Terrible service. Walked in asked for a game told me they had it then turned around and sold it to a guy who didnt even know the name of the game.
