Very clean and modern atmosphere. Browsing for games is very easy. Wait time isnt more than 10 minutes in line. The most annoying part of EVERY experience is the persistent push for buyers to preorder unwanted games or start a membership or subscription to their magazine "I only want what I came for. nothing more! END OF TRANSACTION!" Its why I rather go to other stores to pick up well known games than go here.

I traded in my PS4 and bring everything it came with they gave me 175 trade in value after, Theresa "inspected" my controller she quickly claimed it was defective, she didnt even took the time to actually check if all buttons worked (mind you my controller was a 9/10 condition) dropping my trade in value to 140. She was very rude and had a bad attitude. This is the last time Ill be coming to this location.

Decent you may get lucky and find a employee who pays the rest for you but other than that the rest are douches some employee handed Pokemon soul silver to some one that asked for it after me and he didnt want to give me a refund

Its usually cheaper elsewhere, cl, or some of the neighborhood shops that are still around. The staff are usually of lower quality. Just as a whole I think they could do better.

The worst service . I took my ps4 to trade and because the top have some small scratch she told me that my console it was defeated without plugging the console.
