I called for a Mario Kart Double Dash and they had it. Went to purchase it and they forget to ask if Im a member, so i almost missed this discount on the game. Took it home and it didnt work. Apparently they dont test the Game Cube games because they dont have a one to test games. How are you going to resell used games and not test 1st party games? Well I had to come back with my console to test it after they cleaned the game. They went to get another copy from another location which was good. That copy also didnt work. After 30 mins of waiting they clean one enough so it works. Brought it back 2 hour later for a refund because it didnt load the end scenes. But was pissed me off more was that they had the other copy that DIDN"T WORK already on the floor to be sold. Not coming to this location any more and also contacting corporate to let them know whats the hell is a tested non-working game doing on the floor.

THIS STORE IS A TOTAL SCAM.. TRADED MY WII SYSTEM FOR A 3DS. A SALES PERSON THERE TOLD ME HOW MUCH THEY WOULD GIVE ME FOR MY WII MODLE...PLUS I HAD EXTRA CORDS TO TRADE IN AS WELL...AFTR FINDING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WAS RANGED UP BY A DIFFERENT PERSON. WHEN I GOT HOME I LOOKED AT MY RECEIPT AND WAS SO UPSET BC THE PERSON THAT RANG ME UP GAVE ME A MUCH LOWER PRICE FOR MY TRADE IN AND THEY KEPT MY EXTRA CORDS. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER DO BUISNESS W/THIS STORE AGAIN.

This place is very shady, I came into this store one day with a whole bunch of Nintendo and super Nintendo games some highlights being super Mario bros. 2 & 3. I had seen they had copies of Mario bros. 3 and were selling them for 30$. I also brought in some ps1 ps2 and dream cast games totalling to about 20 games in all. So I go and trade them for cash and all I got was a measly 18$ with no receipt or anything.

I called to see how much I can get for store credit, they come up with "every phone call is monitor we will have to scan the barcode on back the game to tell you the value, So you have to bring it in" Complete joke to me! You call GameStop they have no problem giving you store and cash price. I wont even bother taking my game.in to the place to see what its worth. Any little scam yo get you in the store.

Good store. Usually I had less than average shopping experience at my local play and trade near Orland. The stores never seemed to be around long. This location is elite. Good helpful and honest employees. They beat gamestop in ever aspect. Support, deals and customer service. They really up the standard on trade shops. Definitely will be going back even though its out of my direction.

First they say no kids with out their parents!! Well its my kid who was going to purchase... Then you ask them for a specific game. And they say "oh we dont have it"... they didnt even look in the computer for it... Well You know what! play n trade dont deserve my kids money.. And were never stepping foot in one ever again!! Third time I get my ps4 fixed there, thus time Im still waiting on it after 30 day warrantee it messed up again and they tried charging me 150 now. I thunk the workers mane their dude money in scams

It is ok, but my only complaint is that I couldnt find Saturn games, but I did used to gi to the one by Harlem, which was closed, cri..., also had wind waker wii u for a while already.

Great game prices came in and they had a sale on used games buy 2 get 2. Also came in to repair my ps4 it wasnt reading games. Price of repair was better then buying a new system.
