This is by far the greatest GameStop I have ever been to it has a huge inside to it they always have events going on today I walked in and there was a mad and come over there with a display set up showing off the new Madden game and also a gentleman that works you GameStop set up a HTC Vive play area to allow customers to demo this amazing machine I found the employee that was giving the HTC Vive demos to be extremely helpful friendly and informative which then gave me confidence that my decision to purchase the HTC 5 for $800 was a good decision. GameStop overall has always been a favorite store of mine I really really enjoy this GameStop this special day there are two other games thats closer to my house which are by no means and he less-than-great Stars themselves but this one I find to be especially fun to go to being that it is larger and has more of a selection including video game apparel thanks for the great service GameStop and thank you for being one of only 20 GameStops in the entire United States to put the HTC Vive on demo for us really appreciated thank you!!!

I traded in a bunch of games, and I signed up for the pro membership to receive extra trade in credit. Came back to purchase a gift with my membership and they never activated it. They gave me the magazine and told me I got all of the extra trade in credit they said I would get. They never signed me up for it. I traded in like 6 games, I lost out on the Extra Credit I should have received. Ill be doing my shopping on Amazon from now on. New games cost like 47.99 if you have Amazon Prime. Thats way better. Watch your receipt they will screw you over. And the Game i purchased has a tiny scratch on the top of it and freezes all the time. Buyer Beware this place is not for Gamers.

I went here to purchase a headset and BO3/Starwars BF..... I was browsing other games at first then the older guy(seem to be the manager) approached me, i asked about black ops 3 season pass. He didnt know what he was talking about, he said that u get a free exclusive gun with it which was wrong! he also said that u get nuketown with it LmAo!! Next time, its ok to say that you do not know! U dont have to act like u know every game in the store!

Went to sell an Xbox One perfect condition and so online it was a $200 sell and I go there and they say they were only giving that till the day before and ended up getting only $175 for the console, an extra controller, and 4 games...would not recommend

Very bad called maybe only twice but both times got put on hold for a very simple question... THEN we called the one in Racine AND they were very very helpful and were able to help us fast without any problem at all...

It was a really cool Gamestop, Has a lot of cool things different then many others ive been to. However. We drove 30 minutes in hope to play the HTC vive. When we got there it turns out that its broken.
