This store was great until the employee turn over. I swear 90% of the people who work there arent even gamers. No clue as to what they are talking about and its obvious why the manager hired the young ladies who work there and it isnt because of their knowledge of video games. They mostly stand there looking like a deer in headlights when asked a question. I now avoid this store like a woman with herpes. Just terrible.

These guys are the best and very knowledgeable. Doesnt matter how busy they are they take care of everyone as fast as they can. I was there and one guy was answering phone calls and taking care of the customers in the store. Game Stop off 27th street should be more like these guys Best game stop around period.

Tried to order Fallout 4 Xbox One Controller thats on the gamestop application and deliver it to the Oak Creek Gamestop ..I talked to gamestop employee, Joey..and was told over the phone the controller is a "Best Buy Exclusive" and I should buy it from them..ok..? Then why is it on your website for purchase..?

Went in to buy a controller, came out started my car wasnt starting went back in to see if anyone would help me jump it. One of the coolest employee came out to help me jump my car. That is service!!! Didnt have to do it but he did anyways I wish I got his name but great place with cool employees.

David the Manager on Duty was awesome, very helpful and took the time to explain the systems and games as well as multi task and help others, answer phones, greet people etc. For being a Wed afternoon, the store was packed and David was on top of it all. Good job Game Stop!

I would go to the Game Stop store in Southridge or Greenfield fashion plaza-at least they answer their phone unlike the Oak Creek store. I called several times and no one answers the phone. I could see if this was a release day-but that is Tuesday. Answer your phone!!!!

Staff is knowledgeable and greet you as you enter. If you need a recommendation on a gift for a gamer ask they are normally spot on. As for the company its over priced and and amazon normally offers better trade in prices and better discounts on new games.

Really bad, I went there to get a game and they had to give me a pretty owned copy and it needed codes to play it and they told me that the codes I used for my 3-60 version would work and it didnt. Dont trust them they dont know.

I Loved it when it first opened.. now they are getting skimpy with the sauce. you shouldnt see the breading on the chicken. but everytime I go there Its light sauce even when I ask for extra sauce!
