This is a little better store than Round Lake Beach, but the prices seem to be increasing a lot lately. Its very disappointing! It seems like they price stuff like what the highest Buy It Now price on EBay or close to it, and that usually applies to anything they put in the locked glass case. If youre going to do that you mind as well just PUT IT ON EBAY. They get a lot of Target clearance stuff, but buyer beware it may be missing pieces. MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT EVERYTHING YOU BUY! They are well known to sell broken electronics crap and you can only return for store credit. If youre going to put $19.99 price or more on a electronics item it better damn work...everything is untested. At least be faithful to the community and TEST YOUR ITEMS. The store manager John is pricing the valuable items...BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I have been shopping at this store for about two years, also I have been donating to this store for the same time. Within the last 4 months i have been noticing an increase in the pricing. I had heard new management came in around that time. I seen a leather coat for $20 bucks, and a purse for $10. and a sweater for $14. This is ridiculous to be charging these prices for things that are used and donated. They say it is non profit, but im willing to bet someone is getting rich off these stores.

Clean, nice, organized. I wont be shopping there anymore since Goodwill is a business that feeds itself, not helping homeless, etc. "Sparrow Nest" has a great approach by helping people from the donations. People are mistaken ,great name by the way "Goodwill" with thinking that the company supports poor souls. Total false.

Caution/Beware shopping here! They arrest most of their customers for "switching tags" even when most of the tags are hanging off or you can not tell whats what. Donors are not exempt. Donate to Sal Army instead! !! Just stay off Goodwill property All Together!!so you dont Ruin your Life! !

Hit or miss. Most of the time the people working there are helpful, and donating is smooth and easy. Once had an unfriendly, not helpful, very grumpy person and I almost didnt go back there. Fortunately, I have not seen him since that time.

they dont know custmer service and very not kind. and they do give store credit only for cloths and electric. For other item, they do nothing even if it is even unopened and unused. I will not donate ant more to this place.

There is always something I find special on my visits to Goodwill. There is always a continuous ever changing supply of treasures. The employees and management are always courteous, helpful, and always hard working.

Plenty of interesting stuff. You can always find something fascinating. One of a kind opportunity to buy for just a few dollars the same kind of thing or accessory as at the designer store for $100+.

Clean, large, simple Goodwill that seems to have more hip and trendy clothes than youd expect. The womens selection is way larger than the mens, but its still worth looking at. Truly cheap prices.

This is a good Goodwill. They usually have a lot of great clothes. I was also able to find some good furniture here as well. Its not the best Goodwill around but definitely one of the top ones.

Staff isnt always the most friendly and they let the lines get long sometimes. Great deals, but if you see something you want be sure to get it because it wont be there next time.
