Area General is our go-to for coffee! Each drink is handcrafted with love and care that blankets the pallet with every comforting sip. The ButterBeer Latte is my favorite flavor combo but I cant resit trying new flavors and specials! The shelves are loaded with artisan goods including jewelry, essential oils, snacks, and candles which are fun to browse while waiting for your coffee to be crafted. Thanks for bringing great coffee to Mundelein!

Deceptive name, fantastic coffee. Easily the best coffee in Mundelein. Trust me, Ive tried them all. Its a small mom and pop coffee place with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, really friendly people, and the best, freshest coffee in Mundelein. Im never going to Dunkin or Starbucks again when in Mundelein.

Great coffee and treats. Theres always a weird smell when you first walk in, sometimes like a thrift store, sometimes spicy food, but it always disappears within a minute, even if you think about it later. I wish they were open later. I usually want to visit their location when theyre closed.

A little something new and different every time I stop in. Its a great spot for a cup of coffee, conversation, meet your neighbors, or just chatting with the people there. Rob (owner) is super nice, knows Mundelein inside and out. The cold brew is awesome, best I have had anywhere.

They serve locally roasted coffee and other goods. The atmosphere is cozy, relaxed and not pretentious. Definitely my new regular coffee spot. I wished they would open by at least 6:30 am though (reason for only 4 stars).

Their coffee is delicious! It always gets me through a rough morning! Bagels are great too!! They also serve Holcomb Hollow products, like vegan and gluten free muffins! Staff is always really friendly!
