OK, I can understand the new menu, But what I dont understand is all the new people. I have been coming to this Starbucks everyday for at least 6 years. Every morning I order the same thing. The staff got to know me and the way I like my coffee. Now everybody has changed, and by that now I have to re-train the new people. They over fill my cup (even though I order it with room) then it spills all over the inside of my car. The new people dont listen to what I have ordered. Whats with that? The staff use to know me, and made me feel important, now I am treated like just another number, and I mean $$, thats all. I really think it may have to do with the arrogance of the owner. She is hardly there and when she is everything is in disarray and uncoordinated. Not a class act when she is present. I have given this place 5 stars in the past but now they are only worthy of 2. Hope they can improve soon because there are a lot of places to get coffee and a lot of Starbucks out there as well.

I used to like this location a lot. However, a certain employee at this starbucks has ruined the store for me. I ordered a venti coffee. I paid for the venti and the reciept said venti. I was given a grande and asked for the venti that I ordered. The woman was upset with me and said I ordered a grande. I tried to to show her the reciept but she refused to look at it. After my husband came by she finally gave me the venti I paid for. She begrudgingly apologized and left right away. She had removed her nametag, so I do not know who she was. Well.. I have found her here in the first Google picture for this store. She is the woman in the middle of the photo. Please have your employees take responsibility for their own mistakes.

Great service, staff is always amazing but the pb&j protein box is disgusting the bread is hard and the pb&j is all over in this smooshed little spot, the apples tasted like they had been in there forever , and the cucumbers were slimy I would not recommend anyone eating this product what a waste of money

Staff is great, the manager makes a hell of a coffee. The new interior is very inviting, most of the staff is friendly. Im there five times a week for the past nine months, it would be nice if they acted like they remembered me, then I would give them five stars.

Love the quality of the drinks but some of the staff could use some cheering up. Most of the employees seem mopey or like they do not want to be there, ever. I frequent this location quite a lot - their drinks are ALWAYS spot on.

generally Starbucks is Starbucks. This one has a covered patio, which is nice to bring a dog to. also makes all of their coffee grounds available for garden use.

This location is on a nice lot with trees and a patio with an awning over it. Has a good view from patio.
